    • Sourced, vetted, and managed relationships with 4 suppliers across key product inputs, logistics, and fulfillment; included identifying, negotiating, and closing service agreement with Prelude's 3PL, managing Prelude's product shipments and storage, and handling coordination between different supply chain actors
    • Built and scaled Prelude's social commerce strategy from zero, activating 200+ creators; included building automated systems to contact creators at scale, creating resources for successful creator activations, market research, and building budget and sales forecasts
